IMPORTANT NOTICE TO WINNING BIDDERS:
Any auction item for which no shipping arrangement or pickup has been made within 90 days from the invoice issuance date will be considered abandoned and will be subject to disposal by the auction house.
In-person collecting for our winning bidders:
If you plan to pick up your item, please make a pickup appointement at least one day ahead of time, so your item(s) will be ready for you to pickup. Please also call 25 minutes before arrival to make sure someone will be in the office to meet you.
How to make shipping arrangements?
To help our buyers and facilitate our sales, unless otherwise stated, Juliet and Friends always provide in-house shipping for most of our lots with reasonable cost, full insurance and tracking information. Buyers pay shipping cost and SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH ADDRESS ON FILE at the time of bidding registration unless there is a prior agreement with Juliet and Friends’ management before shipping occurs. Your purchase will never leave our storage until they are securely packed and ready to ship. Once your package is on the way to your shipping address, you will receive tracking notifications as your package moves through the carrier’s network. Our shipping service is reliable and professional at a reasonable cost, has been well liked by our previous customers, which can be confirmed from the 5-star reviews we received. We ship through U.S. Postal Service (USPS) International for all our international packages, and through USPS, UPS or FedEx for domestic US packages.
In-House Shipping Fee Policy for Cancellations and Returns: Please be advised that all shipping fees associated with in-house shipping service are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation of an auction purchase transaction or any form of returned shipment, the original shipping charges will not be included in the refunded amount. We kindly ask that you review this policy carefully when placing bids and selecting shipping services. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact us.
Important note to Live Auctioneers’ plateform bidders: If you prefer to use our well-liked in-house shipping service, please choose “Arrange Your Own Shipping” option when completing the Live Auctioneers’ system sent invoice you received, then sent your shipping quote request to info@julietandfriends.com. Shipping estimates will be provided in the order requests are received.

How do I register and bid?
- To register for a written absentee bid, please write to info@julietandfriends.com for our Written Absentee Bid Form, return a completed form to us with $250 deposit for each lot. A written absentee bid has the priority over phone and internet live bidding when identical bid amounts happen. Premium for written absentee bid winning lots is 22%.
- To register and arrange for telephone bid line, please write to info@julietandfriends.com for our Telephone Bid Form, provide two copies of identification documents together with $500 deposit. Telephone bidding is available only for lots with estimated values above $1000. Premium for telephone bid winning lots is 24% due to phone line and labor costs.
- To register for internet live bidding and place internet absentee bids, please go to https://www.liveauctioneers.com/auctioneer/7644/juliet-and-friends/ and register for our upcoming auction. Premium for internet bid winning lots is 27% due to internet platform charge.
- To register for in-house bids, please bring identification documents to register onsite. Premium for in-house bid winning lots is 22%.

The best avenue to know details of our auction items are browsing through our online catalogs. which provide multiple high quality clear images presenting the appearance and condition of each lot, together with detailed descriptions and condition statements. We do our best to well-inform our bidders by our online catalogs. An in-person preview of some lots are available on appointments in our New Jersey office one week before an auction goes live, please contact us to an in-person preview.
