The long cylindrical body rises from a slightly splayed foot to a flared trumpet mouth, framed by a gilt rim, finely painted in iron-red and gilt with a flying phoenix among peony scrolls on white ground. The interior and base are glazed, showing typical firing speckles and slight grit residue around the footrim, consistent with Kangxi-period porcelain production. The vase’s elegant form and balanced decoration make it suitable for a scholar’s display or a refined interior arrangement.
