ANTIQUE CHINESE QING 19TH CENTURY COPPER-RED GLAZE MEIPING
A refined Qing Dynasty copper-red glaze meiping vase, of elegant baluster form with high shoulders, narrow neck, and slightly flared foot. The exterior is covered with a rich copper-red glossy glaze, subtly shading from deep crimson to a lighter hue near the rim where the glaze thins to reveal the underlying white porcelain with subtle variations and natural flowing streaks.
