How to make shipping arrangements?

Juliet and Friends provide in-house shipping to our winning bidders. Our shipping service is reliable and professional at a reasonable cost, has been well liked by our previous customers, which can be confirmed from the 5-star reviews we received. We ship through U.S. Postal Service (USPS) International for all our international packages, UPS or FedEx for domestic US packages. How do I register and bid?

  1. To register for a written absentee bid, please write to info@julietandfriends.com for our Written Absentee Bid Form, provide two copies of identification documents together with $500 deposit. A written absentee bid has the priority over phone and internet live bidding when identical bid amounts happen. Premium for written absentee bid winning lots is 22%.
  2. To register and arrange for telephone bid line,  please write to info@julietandfriends.com for our Telephone Bid Form, provide two copies of identification documents together with $500 deposit. Telephone bidding is available only for lots with estimated values above $500. Premium for telephone bid winning lots is 24% due to phone line and labor costs.
  3. To register for internet live bidding and place internet absentee bids, please go to https://www.liveauctioneers.com/auctioneer/7644/juliet-and-friends/ and register for our upcoming auction. Premium for internet bid winning lots is 27% due to internet platform charge.
  4. To register for in-house bids, please bring identification documents to register onsite. Premium for in-house bid winning lots is 22%.


How to make deposits?

Deposits can be made through bank wire transfer, PayPal or Zelle, please contact us for more details.


How can I preview items?

The best avenue to know details of our auction items are browsing through our online catalogs. which provide multiple high quality clear images presenting the appearance and condition of each lot, together with detailed descriptions and condition statements. We do our best to well-inform our bidders by our online catalogs. An in-person preview of some lots are available on appointments in our New Jersey office one week before an auction goes live, please contact us to an in-person preview.
