All bidding is a purchase contract, voluntary and legally binding. A prospective bidder acknowledges that all auction items are sold on an “as-is” basis and all sales are final, there will be no returns based on written or oral description of condition or age of an item, unless an item received is a completely different piece from the images displayed in the online catalog. Please refrain from bidding if a bidder does not agree with the terms of the auction house. Juliet and Friends refuse any negotiation relating to the condition or age of an item after the fall of the hammer.
4. For all in-house bidding and written absentee bidding, a premium of 22% of the hammer price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
